MR.Reboot was formed in 2023 after many years, providing IT support services to friends and family. The goal was to extend this service to others who need a simple, no-nonsense approach to computer solutions.

I started working in IT in 1998 and have worked in many positions from IT Helpdesk to Desktop Support as well as many Manager positions. Most recently, I have been focused on Cyber Security for the past 5 years.
