Training
Whether you are using a smart phone or computer for the first time and, are looking for someone patient or, you are looking for how to get the best out of Microsoft Office (for example), I can help with nearly all requests for training.
This can be done in the comfort of your own home or, over the phone - which ever is easiest for you.
Cyber Training
Cyber Security is a big thing these days and while many tools and applications exist to keep you safe, knowing the risks and how to avoid them, is a bigger asset than applications. "Knowledge is power"
I can help teach you everything from vishing to phishing to understanding how to spot scams, fraudulent sites and can teach you best practices for password management and multi factor authentication (MFA).
